The Vermicompost Multiple Uses Machine serves as an industrial tool to sort earthworms, vermicompost, worm cocoons, and soil debris. It features automation, high output, strong separation rates, safety for earthworms, cleanliness, resistance to water damage, and simple upkeep.

Large-scale vermicompost production makes hand collection slow and harmful to worms. The Vermicompost Multiple Uses Machine relies on vibration to split small castings from bigger earthworms. Workers gather the vermicompost to sell it. They collect the earthworms and put them back in the feed tank. The process runs on its own. It handles 1 to 10 tons of earthworm powder each hour.

Three Types of Vermicompost Sieving Machines

  1. Manual Sieving / Hand Sieve :- A basic frame fitted with wire mesh, or a screen with holes. You push compost through it by hand. This removes large bits manually.

2. Rotary Drum / Trommel Siever:- The rotating drum, a cylinder with mesh sides, takes in compost. As it turns, small bits slip through the mesh. Bigger pieces spill out the end. Some setups use several drums or steps.

3.Vibratory Sieves / Vibro Sifter / Vibratory Screens:-A vibrating surface (flat or inclined) with mesh or perforations. Compost moves via vibration; fines pass through; oversize stays and is either removed or reprocessed. There are linear, circular, side vibratory types.
